The Story of Bill and Erin
Bill and Erin are puppets cut from a different fleece. Bill turned into a movie geek the second he saw the opening credits to Martin Scorsese's 'Goodfellas'. Erin fell in love with acting after seeing films like ‘The Shining’ and ‘Terms of Endearment’ at much too young an age. By the tender age of 10, Bill had directed such classics as “Killer Dolls” (I-V) and “Coco: The Killer Pooch”. Meanwhile, Erin was starring in ‘Oliver’, ‘Another Rainy Christmas’ and performing plays in her parent’s basement.
Bill and Erin where both studying their respected crafts while working at the legendary 'Que 57' in Midtown Manhattan. Erin was slinging drinks while dreaming of the silver screen and Bill was turning and burning while quoting ‘Raging Bull’ and 'Reservoir Dogs' for the Nth time.
Anytime Bill & Erin got together (to the determent of their patrons), they found themselves sparring over the latest new releases. Bill would critique the lighting and storyline of his favorite director, while Erin was typically in love with the performance of the latest male ingénue. Thus, the natural chemistry only seen before in their favorite film critics, Siskel and Ebert, was born.
